Job summary

ECO RADIANCE SDN BHD is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor to independently oversee construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and quality. The role coordinates contractors, monitors workmanship and provides practical guidance to junior staff.

Responsibilities include progress tracking, site reporting, and enforcing HSE requirements, with a focus on minimizing delays and ensuring proper documentation for handover and project closure.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management.
• CIDB certification or related safety training is an advantage.
• Minimum 4–6 years of site supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently supervise assigned construction areas to meet drawings and schedules.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports and records.
• Provide guidance to junior site personnel and ensure compliance.
