Job summary

Always Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a hands-on Senior Operations Executive to support nationwide field marketing and merchandising projects. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, manpower fulfilment, and consistent execution quality across assigned accounts.

You will monitor field teams, coordinate with recruitment for resources, track KPIs, audit execution, coach leaders, and drive continuous improvement. Weekend travel may be required to meet project demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, field marketing, merchandising, or FMCG environments.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations to ensure campaigns and merchandising activities are executed effectively across assigned accounts
• Monitor manpower deployment and headcount fulfilment, and coordinate with the recruitment team when additional resources are required
• Track project KPIs and performance metrics, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions
• Conduct regular field visits to audit execution compliance, coach team leaders, and maintain service standards
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
