Qualifications

• ロジスティクス・サプライチェーン関連の学士号を有することが望ましい。
• 3–5年以上のロジスティクス、輸送、倉庫、ハブ運用の経験が必要。
• 強いリーダーシップ、コミュニケーション、問題解決能力を有すること。
• MS Office の熟練（Excel/Word/PowerPoint）。
• 変化の激しい現場での勤務に適応できること。

職務内容

UPS is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hub Lead to oversee daily hub operations, drive service excellence, and ensure operational efficiency. The successful candidate will lead frontline teams, manage resources effectively, and ensure compliance with UPS safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily hub operations, including import, export and sorting activities.
• Ensure service commitments and operational KPIs are achieved consistently.
• Monitor shipment flow and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and workforce productivity.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with UPS safety policies, security requirements, and operational procedures.
• Conduct daily operational reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business objectives.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or hub operations.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment with shifting priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in courier, express, freight, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of operational performance management and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing safety and compliance programs.
