Job summary

WORQ is seeking a Senior Integrated Facility Executive (Workplace Experience) to maintain outlet condition, compliance, and asset integrity across WORQ’s spaces. You will lead planned inspections, coordinate make-good works, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance for premium leased spaces.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in tenant-side facilities management, strong vendor management, and ability to interface with members and Building Management Offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma in facilities management or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in tenant-side or occupier facilities management.
• Knowledge of fire safety compliance for commercial tenants in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead systematic inspections of WORQ outlets on a planned cycle, documenting space, assets and fittings.
• Coordinate reinstatement and make-good works to restore spaces to original condition.
• Manage post-move-out reinstatement and ensure spaces are sales-ready promptly.
• Manage fire safety compliance, drills, certifications, and renewals.
• Maintain a compliance calendar with renewal dates across all outlets.
• Liaise with Building Management Offices for safety documentation.
• Maintain asset registers and coordinate repairs; manage disposal processes.
• Coordinate minor space improvements and post-move-in adjustments with vendors.
• Manage FM service vendors (cleaning, pest control, fire safety servicing) and evaluate performance.
• Provide technical updates and communications for member-facing defect resolutions.
• Compile reports on inspection status, make-good progress, and asset updates.
• Support Sales with safety/compliance documentation for client due diligence.
• Assist project team on snag inspections after new openings or revamps.
• Support the Technical Manager during high defect volumes.
