Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Analyst – Order to Cash (Contract Management) to support contract and project administration for the CBRE US business. You will review and coordinate setup and change requests, resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

You will work with Client Finance and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, document processes, and promote continuous improvement across Contract Management operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, accounting or finance.
• English proficiency for regular stakeholder communication.
• Analyst level open to fresh graduates.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for Senior Analyst in contract management or finance operations.
• Understanding of contract and project administration, setup, amendments, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify contract, deal and project setup requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate Customer ID, project setup and contract setup requests with processing teams.
• Clarify incomplete or non-standard requirements and obtain supporting documentation.
• Perform quality checks to ensure alignment with approved documentation and SLAs.
• Review pricing issues and coordinate with stakeholders to implement corrections.
• Investigate and resolve billing, invoicing and setup issues; maintain ownership through closure.
• Monitor requests and aged items to support timely completion and escalate risks as needed.
• Maintain clear records of requests, approvals and decisions.
