Job summary

CBRE KL BSO is seeking a Senior Analyst – Order to Cash (Contract Management) to support contract and project administration for CBRE US business. You’ll review setup requests, coordinate with processing teams, and ensure accuracy, compliance and timely resolution of billing and setup issues.

Strong English, 3+ years in related roles, and ERP familiarity are required. You will work with Client Finance and cross-functional teams to maintain documentation, improve processes and meet service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional proficiency in English, as the role requires regular communication with internal stakeholders and regional counterparts.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in contract management, finance operations or a Shared Service Centre environment.
• Practical understanding of contract and project administration, including setup, amendment, supporting-document review and issue resolution.
• Working knowledge of service delivery requirements, SLAs, business KPIs, process controls and escalation practices.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify contract, deal and project setup requests, amendments and related changes for completeness, accuracy and appropriate approval before processing or hand-off.
• Coordinate Customer ID, project setup and contract setup requests with the appropriate processing teams.
• Assess requests from Client Finance and business stakeholders, clarify incomplete or non-standard requirements, and obtain supporting legal or business documentation.
• Perform quality checks on contract and project setup information to confirm alignment with approved documentation and requirements.
• Review pricing-related issues and collaborate with the Manager, IMPACT team and stakeholders to implement corrections.
• Investigate and coordinate resolution of billing, invoicing, PeopleSoft, contract and setup-related issues; maintain ownership through follow-up and closure.
• Monitor assigned requests, aged items and exceptions to support timely completion against SLAs and KPIs, escalating risks when necessary.
• Maintain clear records of requests, approvals and decisions; promote adherence to processes across pre- and post-contract activities.
• Provide status updates and guidance to stakeholders on requirements, steps and next actions.
• Support training, knowledge sharing and cross-skilling within the team.
