Zusammenfassung

CBRE KL is seeking a Senior Analyst – Order to Cash for a full-time, on-site role at CBRE KL BSO, Bangsar South. You will manage end-to-end OTC activities including customer master data, sales orders, billing, revenue accounting and cash application.

You will work with internal stakeholders and D&T to resolve ERP issues, support period-end close and audits, and ensure transactions are accurate, timely and compliant with SLAs, ASC 606 and SOX controls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of finance operations experience, SSC exposure preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Familiar with ASC 606 and SOX requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems such as D365 or SAP.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end OTC activities: master data, orders, billing, revenue, cash application.
• Review contracts and approvals for proper authorization before processing.
• Post billing and revenue per policies and ASC 606.
• Perform period-end closings and reconciliations.
• Investigate exceptions and resolve with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with D&T to resolve ERP issues.
• Maintain process documentation and audit trails.
