Job summary

QL Corporate Services Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior Executive, Nutrition to support feed formulation, nutrition programs, and feed performance across our feedmill operations. You will work closely with feedmills and farms to improve feed quality and monitor performance.

The role also involves feed trials, new product development, and quality system implementation, with opportunities for technical training initiatives across the business. Travel locally and overseas as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Food Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in nutrition, feedmill operations, or poultry farming.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or quality assurance systems.

Responsibilities

• Support feed formulation and monitor feed performance to optimize productivity and cost efficiency.
• Monitor farm and feedmill performance and recommend improvements.
• Conduct feedmill audits to ensure compliance with company standards, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with feedmills and farms to support formulation changes and operational needs.
• Support feed trials, ingredient evaluations, and new product development activities.
• Analyze trial results and recommend improvements to feed programs.
• Monitor feed ingredient quality and usage to ensure consistency and standards.
• Assist in organizing technical training, seminars, and knowledge-sharing programs.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in nutrition, feedmill operations, or poultry farming.
• Basic knowledge of feed formulation, feed ingredients, and animal nutrition.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or quality assurance systems is an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas when required.
