Qualifications

• 15+ years in infrastructure architecture, platform engineering or senior IT leadership
• Active Nutanix or VMware certifications are an advantage
• Strong expertise in HCI, virtualization, and hybrid cloud integration
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage stakeholders under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead target‑state platform architectures for Nutanix virtualization, DR, and HA
• Architect and migrate from VMware to Nutanix HCI at scale
• Serve as senior escalation point for compute/virtualization challenges and design reviews/POCs
• Define engineering standards and promote IaC with Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell
• Collaborate with storage, networking, and app teams to align platform with objectives and compliance
• Deliver executive‑level presentations on technology strategy, risks, and roadmaps
