Job summary

Renesas is seeking an Engineering professional to develop, optimize, qualify, and transfer semiconductor assembly processes from wafer prep to final cleaning. You will work with NPI project teams and cross-functional groups to ensure successful product introductions and smooth mass production transfers.

Responsibilities include establishing process parameters, executing development plans, and reviewing process capability and yields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor assembly, packaging, or manufacturing engineering preferred.
• Experience in multiple assembly processes (power semiconductor packaging a plus) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, establish, and optimize assembly process conditions for new products.
• Prepare and execute process development plans, builds, and validation activities.
• Establish process parameters, specs, control limits, and acceptance criteria.
