Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to develop, optimize, qualify, and establish robust semiconductor assembly processes across wafer prep to final cleaning.

You will partner with NPI, Production, QA, Product Engineering, and Materials teams to ensure successful product introductions and smooth transfers to mass production. The role emphasizes process development, optimization, and failure analysis with a focus on yield, quality, reliability, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor assembly, packaging, or manufacturing engineering is preferred.
• Experience across multiple assembly processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, establish, and optimize assembly process conditions for new products.
• Prepare process development plans, qualification builds, and validation activities.
• Establish process parameters, specifications, control limits, and acceptance criteria.
• Review process capability, yield, defects, and qualification results.
• Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and qualification summaries.
