Job summary

Logicalis is seeking a Senior Network Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to design and implement comprehensive network and security solutions for diverse clients. You will manage mid to large-scale deployments, troubleshoot complex issues, and produce detailed technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in network design/deployment.
• Strong routing and switching knowledge (BGP, OSPF, Multicast, VSS, STP, MPLS L3VPN).
• Experience with wireless solutions (Cisco WLC, Aruba).
• Knowledge of firewall technologies (IPsec/SSL VPN, IPS/IDS, Cisco ASA, Fortigate).
• Familiarity with NAC products (Aruba Clearpass, Cisco ISE).
• Current CCNP qualification; CCIE would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network and security solutions for clients.
• Troubleshoot network and security issues during deployment.
• Build and maintain client relationships and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with project managers and Operations team to deliver on time.
• Create technical documentation (LLD, TDS, As-built, UAT, SAT).
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to the team.
