Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in multi-tier applications using Microsoft .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET Core MVC/Web API, EF Core, SignalR, Webforms, REST)
• Relational DB programming (SQL Server, Sybase) and NoSQL data stores
• Experience with RESTful backend consumption for responsive web apps
• Experience with full SDLC in an agile environment
• Self-motivated with initiative and drive

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of developers, overseeing workload distribution, career development and team performance to meet business SLAs
• Create robust, reusable software for use by other teams and customers
• Assess and analyze business/system needs and propose technology solutions honoring reusability, data sharing, UX, performance and security
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive project progress
• Create prototypes for rapid client/consumer sharing
• Design and implement common patterns, services, components and frameworks
• Apply best-practices in CI/CD to improve quality and velocity
• Manage and drive application change and modernization
