Job summary

BLoyalty Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Developer / Dev Lead to guide a small engineering team while staying hands-on with design, coding, and delivery. You will shape technical direction, mentor juniors, and drive AI-assisted development practices.

Responsibilities include designing scalable apps across SDLC, leading 2–5 developers, owning delivery, and building backend in C#/.NET Core with React/React Native frontend. You will design MySQL schemas, manage AWS, and promote CI/CD and Agile.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on programming experience.
• Strong SDLC background with requirements, design, dev, test, and maintenance.
• Proven AWS cloud experience (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) is required.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core for backend and React for frontend.
• 2+ years in leadership or team lead roles; capable of guiding 2–5 developers.
• Interest or hands-on use of AI tools for development and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure applications across SDLC.
• Lead and mentor a 2–5 person team; provide technical guidance and reviews.
• Own technical delivery including estimation and coordination with CTO/Head of Engineering.
• Architect backend services in C#/.NET Core; frontend/mobile in React/React Native.
• Design MySQL schemas and optimize queries for performance.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure; monitor and troubleshoot production systems.
• Champion CI/CD, Git, testing, and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Explore and adopt AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity.
