Job summary

IPTB in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive Operation (Selangor/Kedah) to help implement SOPs across stores, monitor compliance with cleanliness, service, and safety standards, and support daily multi-location operations.

You will coordinate inventory, assist in training, track performance against KPIs, and prepare management reports while ensuring adherence to company policies and campaign guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring SOPs across all assigned stores.
• Support daily operations across multiple store locations and ensure consistency in operations.
• Support store supervisors and staff in daily operational matters.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in coordinating replenishment with the warehouse and suppliers.
• Assist in tracking sales performance, operational KPIs, and preparing reports for management review.
• Ensure stores comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the execution of promotional activities, campaigns, and merchandising plans at store level. Escalate major issues to the Operations Manager where necessary.
