Job summary

Eco-Shop Malaysia seeks a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily retail operations at our Senai, Johor location. You will manage stock, staff, cash, and maintenance to ensure smooth store performance.

The role requires experience in retail operations, strong leadership, and bilingual communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. You will coordinate scheduling, achieve KPIs, and report to the Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least an SPM/Diploma/Degree.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Skilled in staff management, as this position involves managing the store team.
• Familiar with operational processes, such as work scheduling and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock management and FIFO compliance.
• Coordinate staff overtime schedules and recruitment reporting.
• Manage cash handling and Daily Sales Form (BJH) reports.
• Oversee store maintenance, fire extinguisher management, and cleanliness.
• Execute administrative duties including E-Ticketing for stock requests.
