Job summary

Roland Berger in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to deliver accurate monthly payroll for the Middle East region, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar. You will collaborate with HR and Finance, maintain ADP data, and ensure timely salary disbursement.

You bring strong payroll knowledge, experience with ADP, and a meticulous approach to compliance, data integrity, and reporting. This role offers global exposure within a leading European-origin consultancy.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of four years of payroll experience including end-to-end processing.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for employees across Roland Berger’s Middle East offices, ensuring payroll is accurate, complete and delivered within agreed timelines.
• Maintain payroll data in ADP and related HR systems, including new hires, transfers, terminations, salary adjustments, allowances, deductions, bonuses and final settlements.
• Validate payroll inputs and outputs, investigate discrepancies, and complete payroll, bank-file and general-ledger reconciliations before final approval.
• Apply payroll rules and local statutory requirements across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar, including social insurance, wage-protection and end-of-service processes.
• Coordinate with local Middle East HR teams, Finance, ADP and other payroll service providers to resolve payroll issues and support timely salary disbursement.
