Job summary

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll for Malaysia, Singapore, Bangladesh and the Middle East, coordinating with HR, Finance and external providers to ensure accurate, timely and compliant payroll processing.

The role covers onboarding/offboarding payroll activities, statutory requirements, and audit-ready records. Strong Excel and HRIS skills, 5+ years in payroll, and multi-entity experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant payroll experience across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Experience with external payroll providers and third‑party agencies.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation across Malaysia and Singapore; Middle East exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll across Malaysia, Singapore, Bangladesh and the Middle East.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and outputs with HR, Finance and external providers.
• Ensure statutory contributions, deductions, filings and payments are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding payroll activities and maintain payroll data in HRIS.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to payroll inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
