Job summary

Roland Berger GmbH in Malaysia is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end monthly payroll for employees across the Middle East offices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will work with ADP and HRIS systems, handle data changes, compliance across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar, and support payroll reconciliation and reporting. Strong English skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
• Four+ years of relevant payroll experience, end-to-end processing.
• Proficiency with ADP payroll services; ADP Celergo or other global payroll platforms is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Middle East payroll rules and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for employees across Roland Berger’s Middle East offices.
• Maintain payroll data in ADP and HRIS/ERP systems.
• Validate inputs/outputs and perform reconciliations before final approval.
• Apply payroll rules and local statutory requirements (UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar).
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, ADP and payroll providers to resolve issues.
• Serve as point of contact for employee payroll queries with confidentiality.
• Prepare payroll reports, audit support schedules and ensure documentation.
