Job summary

Triple Y Studio is seeking a hands-on Paid Social Lead to own Meta campaigns end-to-end—strategy, execution, scaling and reporting. You’ll be hands-on in Ads Manager daily, while mentoring a small team of buyers.

You’ll receive an objective and budget, and you’ll return with a plan and a result. You will plan, launch, optimise and scale full-funnel Meta campaigns, structure accounts, manage tracking tech like Pixel/CAPI, lead junior buyers, and brief creative teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in paid social, with 2+ years focused on Meta Ads.
• 1–2+ years mentoring or leading buyers (formal title not required).
• Proven track record managing meaningful monthly budgets — be ready to talk actual numbers.
• Deep Meta Business Manager knowledge: CAPI, catalogues, Advantage+, attribution, troubleshooting.
• Strong analytics and creative judgement — you can explain why, not just what.
• Self-directed: you set your own priorities, manage deadlines and flag problems early.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimise and scale full-funnel Meta campaigns; own at least RM 100k+ monthly spend against ROAS/CPA targets.
• Structure accounts properly — campaign architecture, audience segmentation, creative testing frameworks.
• Manage pixel, CAPI, catalogue/DPA setup and troubleshoot tracking with the web team.
• Lead and QA the work of junior buyers; set testing, naming and reporting standards.
• Brief creative teams on hooks, formats and angles based on performance data.
• Present results and recommendations directly to clients / management.
