Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist in Merchant Proposition & Ecosystem Solutions to drive product strategy for Cash Management and ecosystem offerings in Malaysia. You will collaborate with internal teams and fintech partners to strengthen market positioning while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Transaction Banking and/or Cash Management.
• Strong understanding of Cash Management products, Transaction Banking solutions, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Experience working with Fintech partners, digital ecosystems, or technology-driven financial solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across internal and external parties.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and payment ecosystem developments is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for Cash Management solutions, aligned with the overall Transaction Banking and ecosystem strategy.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and product opportunities.
• Collaborate with Fintech and Ecosystem Partnership teams to onboard strategic partners for Cash Management solutions.
• Lead negotiations with partners to establish commercial arrangements and ecosystem collaborations.
• Drive co-creation initiatives with ecosystem partners to design and launch innovative solutions.
• Oversee integration of partner solutions with existing Cash Management offerings for a frictionless experience.
• Support product launches with Sales, RM, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Manage product budgets and ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related disciplines
