Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia seeks a Senior Specialist, Merchant Proposition & Ecosystem Solutions to drive the product strategy, commercialization and performance of Cash Management and ecosystem offerings. You will collaborate with fintech partners and internal teams to create customer value and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or finance-related discipline.
• 5-8 years in Transaction Banking and/or Cash Management.
• Strong understanding of Cash Management products and ecosystem partnerships.
• Experience with Fintech partners and digital ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for Cash Management.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with fintech and ecosystem teams to onboard partners.
• Lead negotiations for commercial arrangements with partners.
• Oversee integration of partner solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support product launches with cross-functional teams.
• Manage budgets and project timelines.
• Drive adoption with marketing materials and training.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting cash management.
