Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Merchandising Manager to lead the merchandising team and ensure seamless execution of customer orders in Malaysia.

You will oversee the complete merchandising process from product development, sampling, costing, order confirmation, production follow-up, and shipment, while coordinating with Factory Manager, Production, PPC, QA/QC, Purchasing, and Warehouse to hit targets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Textile, Apparel, Fashion, Merchandising, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of apparel/textile merchandising experience.
• Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes.
• Experience coordinating with Factory Manager, Production, PPC, QA/QC, Purchasing, and Warehouse.
• Excellent understanding of T&A, production lead times.

Responsibilities

• Lead the merchandising team to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
• Coordinate with customers on specs, costing, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Oversee entire merchandising process from development to shipment.
• Collaborate with Factory Manager, Production, PPC, QA/QC, Purchasing, and Warehouse to hit targets.
• Monitor progress, delays, capacity issues, and production constraints.
• Ensure orders follow approved samples and specifications.
