Job summary

Truegenics Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Media Buyer to drive profitable ecommerce growth by planning, launching and optimizing four-figure daily campaigns on Meta, focusing on hitting ROAS targets while preserving user experience. You will test creative concepts, brief copywriters and designers, and analyze funnel metrics to decide what to scale.

This 6-month contract may convert to permanent based on performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field with 2+ years of ecommerce marketing experience.
Proven knowledge of media-buying platforms: Facebook, Bing, Google Ads.
At least 2 years on Facebook Ads and 1 year on Google Ads.
Analytical, self-starter with testing mindset.
Positive, ownership mindset for four-figure daily budgets and ROAS targets.
Fluent English; ability to create ad assets and provide feedback.
Comfort with AI tools for research and testing; verify outputs against performance data.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and scale Meta campaigns with clear acquisition and profitability targets.
Monitor spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and AOV; diagnose changes and action plans.
Develop testing plans; prioritise tests and decide what to scale or stop.
Identify customer angles; brief copywriters/designers and give data-driven feedback on ads.
Allocate budgets across campaigns; optimize for ROI while meeting profitability targets.
Review landing pages, offers, checkout, and tracking with cross-team collaboration.
Provide concise performance updates and recommended next actions for each project.
Maintain campaign quality and compliance with advertising policies, including weekend checks.
Handle additional ad-hoc projects as needed.
