• Experience leading design delivery for property projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead the concept and detailed design of mechanical building services for diverse property projects.
• Own mechanical design packages: calculations, drawings, specs, reports, coordination.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors and consultants for high-quality solutions.
• Manage mechanical workstreams and small project teams: planning, resourcing, programme, quality, delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and support client engagement and proposals.
