Job summary

Michael Page International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Martech Solutions and Integrations Manager to lead the solution architecture for the Customer Engagement Platform across multiple markets. You will define unified identity, design end-to-end martech architecture, and govern integration with Data Lake, eCommerce, POS, and CRM.

• Strong expertise in martech platforms and system integrations.
• Hands-on architecture for CDP, marketing automation, CMS or loyalty systems.
• Proven track record delivering platform deployments with measurable gains.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Define unified customer identity framework across Loyalty, CDP, CMS, and Marketing Automation.
• Design end-to-end technical architecture of the unified martech stack.
• Define and maintain architecture standards, data models, and integration approaches.
• Govern architecture decisions, risks, and solution quality.
• Partner with EA, Security, Data Eng, Digital, and Product Owners on decisions.
• Architect and oversee integrations with Data Lake, POS, eCommerce, Mobile App, CRM.
• Define API frameworks, event schemas, identity models, and real-time flows.
• Engage stakeholders to translate needs into high-quality designs.
