Job summary

DFI Retail Group in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Martech Lead to design solution architecture and drive end‑to‑end integration of the Customer Engagement Platform across banners and markets. You will translate business needs into scalable CDP, Loyalty, and Marketing Automation solutions, aligning with enterprise architecture.

You will oversee SIT/UAT, data‑flow design between POS, Mobile App, Web, and Data Lake, and enable platform adoption.

Qualifications

7–10+ years in Martech, CDP, Marketing Automation, and Data Integration.
Hands‑on experience with CDP platforms and marketing automation tools (Segment, Breeze, Adobe, etc.).
Strong understanding of event‑driven architecture, API integrations, webhooks, and data pipelines (real‑time & batch).
Experience in regional or multi‑market organisations, supporting platform implementations, migrations, or onboarding of brands/markets.
Proficiency in structuring and organizing complex projects within JIRA with detailed user stories, features, and epics.
Strong knowledge of customer journeys, segmentation, identity resolution, loyalty programs, and offer management.
Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with cross‑functional audiences.
Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese to engage regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead solution design and integration planning for the CEP across banners and markets.
Define end‑to‑end Martech architecture across CDP, Loyalty, Offer Engine, and Marketing Automation.
Draft functional specifications, use cases, and project documentation.
Define and enforce data flows, APIs, event schemas, and identity models for real‑time analytics.
