Weera Global in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a highly driven Senior Marketing Executive to support the launch, growth, and market positioning of our expanding service portfolio, including EOR, Recruitment Solutions, CRM Solutions, Technology Services, and BPO Outsourcing.

You will build brands from the ground up, translate complex services into compelling value propositions, and drive demand through strategic marketing initiatives to fuel company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Experience marketing professional services, technology solutions, recruitment services, HR solutions, SaaS, or BPO services.
• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and demand generation strategies.
• Excellent content development, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced startup or growth environment.
• Commercially minded with the ability to align marketing efforts to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the launch and marketing readiness of EOR, Recruitment, CRM, Tech Solutions, and BPO services.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Create sales and marketing collateral, including decks, brochures, case studies, and website content.
• Manage digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and corporate websites.
• Work closely with Business Development teams to support pipeline growth and client acquisition.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
• Coordinate events, webinars, partnerships, and brand-building initiatives.
• Track campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements to maximize marketing effectiveness.
