Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery and scheduling of core retail marketing initiatives, coordinating cross-functional timelines to ensure prompt launch readiness.
• Supervise fulfilment workflows, campaign collateral distribution, and promotional prize/incentive fulfilment mechanics.
• Execute brand asset enhancements and ensure compliance with internal brand guidelines, regulatory advertising codes, and Shariah requirements.
• Monitor monthly marketing expenditure against approved budgets and report key metrics to senior management.
• Maintain audit trails and identify process bottlenecks to accelerate speed-to-market.
