Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Malaysia seeks a proactive marketing operations professional to lead the execution and scheduling of core retail campaigns, including Hayat and Meezani flagship events, coordinating cross-functional timelines for prompt launches.

You will supervise fulfillment workflows, ensure brand assets align with the rebranding, compliance and Shariah guidelines, and manage agencies and channel partners to deliver campaigns on time.

Functional (job responsibilities)

Campaign Execution & End-to-End Delivery

• Lead the operational delivery and scheduling of core retail marketing initiatives, including the Hayat campaign, the Meezani flagship ceremony, and seasonal retail campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional timelines between product teams, channel managers, compliance, and legal to ensure prompt launch readiness.
• Supervise fulfilment workflows, campaign collateral distribution, and promotional prize/incentive fulfilment mechanics.

Brand Governance & Rebranding Roll-Out

• Execute brand asset enhancements and branch/channel merchandise alignment in line with the bank's overarching rebranding exercise.
• Ensure all above-the-line (ATL), below-the-line (BTL), and digital marketing assets strictly comply with internal brand guidelines, regulatory advertising codes, and Shariah requirements.
• Conduct periodic reviews of customer-facing touchpoints across distribution channels to safeguard brand consistency.

Vendor, Agency & Distribution Channel Management

• Act as the direct operational liaison with external creative agencies, production houses, media buyers, and channel partners.
• Coordinate brief handovers, manage quotation requests, oversee operational production timelines, and track delivery milestones.
• Facilitate the distribution of marketing collateral and operational advisories to branch networks and digital distribution channels.

Marketing Analytics, Budgeting & Reconciliation

• Monitor monthly marketing expenditure against approved project budgets, ensuring accurate invoice verification and timely vendor payments.
• Track, consolidate, and report key marketing performance metrics, lead conversion figures, and campaign engagement levels.
• Prepare post-campaign evaluations and operational review summaries for senior management reporting.

Operational Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain comprehensive audit trails, documentation, and archival records for all campaign approvals and external communications.
• Identify process bottlenecks across marketing workflows and recommend streamlined processes to accelerate speed-to-market.
