Job summary

Hirehub Group in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Account/Project Manager to lead the project team, oversee RFQs, and ensure on-time delivery to customers in the precision engineering sector.

The role requires 5+ years in sheet metal or machining, strong project management in manufacturing, and fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese to liaise with clients and stakeholders; salary up to RM15k, based in Ulu Tiram, Johor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet metal or machining industry.
• Experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project team and oversee RFQs.
• Oversee customers and ensure timely delivery schedules.
• Follow up on internal and external sales activities and customer visits.
• Handle pre- and post-sales account management.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships.
• Gather and analyze market information, including pricing strategies.
• Maintain standard costing for product costing accuracy and profitability.
• Update departmental procedures and work instructions.
• Address customer feedback and complaints effectively.
