As a senior leader, you will oversee production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to support growth and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record of leadership and management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Excellent strategic planning, financial management and analytical skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, including production, quality, maintenance and supply chain.
• Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and environmental policies.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
• Optimize use of resources: labour, materials and equipment.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to reach organizational goals.
• Identify growth opportunities within the precision engineering market.
• Analyze market trends to inform business strategies.
• Lead initiatives to drive product innovation and development.
• Prepare and manage the annual manufacturing budget.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure profitability and financial sustainability of operations.
• Oversee P&L responsibilities and meet financial targets.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align capabilities with demand.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
