- Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide process time estimation to the quote team.
- Simulates process, materials and manufacturing workflow and advises process engineer.
- Coordinate process planning and setup for NPI with takt, cycle time and direct labor.
- Review results during prototyping and trial runs and feed back to NPI and sales.
- Develop labor utilization standards through work measurement programs.
- Identify improvements to reduce waste and lower costs in lean/automation/6Sigma projects.
