Job summary

Flex PTP in Johor seeks a Senior Industrial Engineer to drive process time estimation for quotes, simulate manufacturing workflows, and support process engineers using REFA, MOST, and WITNESS. The role covers NPI coordination, work measurement, and efficiency improvements across lean initiatives to reduce waste and costs.

Ideal candidates will have about 4 years in high-tech electronics engineering with strong analytical and training capabilities, plus familiarity with warehouse operations and

Qualifications

• 4 years of engineering experience in the high tech electronics industry or related area.
• Advanced functional and technical skills with basic process skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide process time estimation to the quote team.
• Simulate process, materials and manufacturing workflow; assist process engineers using REFA, MOST, WITNESS or similar tools.
• Coordinate process planning and setup for NPI with respect to takt, cycle time and direct labor.
• Review prototypes and trials; provide feedback to NPI and sales team.
