Coherent Corp. in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a senior leader to own the end-to-end SIOP process, aligning demand, capacity, inventory, and revenue across global units.

The role requires extensive planning experience and cross-functional influence to meet quarterly and annual targets. The incumbent will drive demand and supply planning strategies, monitor performance metrics, and lead executive reviews with scenario analyses to mitigate risks and maximize service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• MBA or Supply Chain MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Supply Chain/Planning/Operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing planning/operations teams.
• Proven experience leading SIOP/S&OP in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting executive decision-making via analytics and planning.
• Strong background in demand planning, supply planning, inventory and capacity planning, and revenue execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end SIOP process to align demand, capacity, inventory, and revenue across global units.
• Drive demand and supply planning strategies to meet quarterly/annual targets with constraints.
• Monitor shipment, backlog, inventory, and forecast accuracy; identify risks and corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Own monthly and quarterly business outlook reviews with scenario analyses and mitigation strategies.
• Develop capacity and inventory optimization strategies to improve efficiency and asset utilization.
• Provide executive leadership with data-driven insights on demand trends, supply constraints, and performance.
