Job summary

Sephora SEA is seeking a senior HR leader for SGMY (Singapore & Malaysia) to own the end-to-end people and education agenda. You will translate business strategy into a forward-looking people strategy that enables sustainable growth and builds leadership pipelines across retail and corporate populations.

You will partner with Regional HR, Finance and Legal to ensure compliant execution, governance and market competitiveness while aligning with Sephora and LVMH standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Proven track record as strategic adviser to a General Manager and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year people and organisation strategy aligned with market and Group priorities.
• Lead HR and Education functions to deliver workforce planning, talent development and leadership capability.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen organisation design, productivity and capability for long-term growth.
• Oversee performance management, rewards, and employee relations with governance and compliance.
• Drive workforce planning, risk management and data-driven insights for people decisions.
