Job summary

Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to translate business priorities into scalable operating models. You will partner with the COO and cross-functional teams to design and oversee end-to-end processes, controls and resources that enable growth and efficiency.

The role requires strong program management, data fluency and a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least seven years of experience in operations, business operations, project management, process improvement or a related role.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of how business requirements are translated into practical operational processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and project-management skills.
• Comfortable working with operational data, dashboards and performance reports.
• Experience improving, digitising or automating business processes and workflows.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, documentation and presentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple business priorities and drive execution in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the COO and Management to understand business priorities, new initiatives and operational requirements.
• Turn business priorities into clear operational plans, responsibilities, timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Determine the processes, systems, controls, resources and reporting needed to support each initiative.
• Coordinate across Commercial, Finance, Product, Technology and Operations to make sure agreed actions are completed.
• Oversee new initiatives from planning and testing through to launch and business-as-usual operations.
• Monitor operational performance, workload, risks, bottlenecks and outstanding matters.
• Identify recurring problems, understand the root cause and put in place long-term solutions.
• Review and improve processes that are manual, slow, unclear or inefficient.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, digitise and automate operational work.
• Translate business and operational needs into clear requirements for Product and Technology teams.
• Set clear responsibilities, service levels and escalation processes across operational activities.
• Use data and operational insights to identify issues, improve performance and support business decisions.
• Prepare clear updates for the COO on performance, risks, priorities, actions and decisions required.

About The Role

The Senior Manager, Operations is responsible for turning business priorities and new initiatives into clear, practical and scalable ways of working.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role works closely with Commercial, Finance, Product, Technology and Operations to make sure the business has the right processes, systems, controls and resources to support growth.

This role combines operational oversight with business operations, process improvement and cross-functional execution. It is suited to someone who can understand the business, turn priorities into action and make sure initiatives are delivered properly.
