Job summary

Liberty General Insurance Berhad in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Manager, Agency Operations Support (Non-Motor) to centralize referrals, review underwriting decisions, and support the Non-Motor portfolio profitability.

You will balance portfolio mix, streamline pricing and underwriting processes, facilitate knowledge transfer, and drive new processes across Underwriting and the organization while collaborating with the portfolio team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Insurance/Business Admin/Finance.
7–8 years of experience in the same field.
Experience in Non-Motor underwriting and Non-Motor product class.

Responsibilities

Responsible in being the central point for referrals, review, making decision within authority limit and handling day to day underwriting referrals for the respective section.
Supporting Non-Motor portfolio management and portfolio profitability to achieve overall targeted profit.
Balance portfolios mix that optimizes longer term performance and returns.
Review of process to ensure the most effective and efficient delivery of products, pricing and underwriting.
Ensure seamless and fast knowledge transfers and sharing.
Participate in developing new processes across Underwriting and the organization.
Work with portfolio team and other stakeholder on simplification of process flow.
Participate in underwriting projects.
