Job summary

Liberty General Insurance Berhad in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Manager, Agency Operations Support (Non-Motor) to centralize referrals, review underwriting decisions, and support the Non-Motor portfolio profitability.

You will balance portfolio mix, streamline pricing and underwriting processes, facilitate knowledge transfer, and drive new processes across Underwriting and the organization while collaborating with the portfolio team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Insurance/Business Admin/Finance.
• 7–8 years of experience in the same field.
• Experience in Non-Motor underwriting and Non-Motor product class.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in being the central point for referrals, review, making decision within authority limit and handling day to day underwriting referrals for the respective section.
• Supporting Non-Motor portfolio management and portfolio profitability to achieve overall targeted profit.

Requirements

Minimum working experience of 7 - 8 years in the same field

Experience and strong knowledge of Non-Motor product class

Experience in Non-Motor underwriting

Worked in General Insurance industry
