Job summary

Avensys Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager Network Development to lead dealer recruitment, branch relocation and UDQR assessments across Malaysia. You will drive network expansion and ensure brand standards while mentoring junior staff.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on project management, coordinating cross-functional teams to open new locations, relocate or renovate branches, and maintain high-quality partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit new dealers, aligning with company standards and growth objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee branch relocations or renovations to optimize network coverage and operational efficiency.
• Conduct and monitor UDQR assessments to ensure dealer compliance with company policies, standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s dealer network in line with market demand and business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
• Lead network-related projects, including new branch setup, relocations, renovations, and compliance initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff and sharing expertise to strengthen operational capabilities across the network.

Job purpose:

• Responsible for dealer recruitment, branch relocation and renovation, and overseeing UDQR assessments to ensure network compliance and brand standards. Drives network expansion and operational improvement in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Principal Accountabilities & Area of Responsibility:
• Dealer Recruitment & Onboarding - Identify, evaluate, and recruit new dealers, ensuring alignment with company standards and growth objectives.
• Branch Relocation & Renovation - Plan, coordinate, and oversee branch relocations or renovations to optimize network coverage and operational efficiency.
• UDQR Assessment - Conduct and monitor UDQR assessments to ensure dealer compliance with company policies, standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Network Expansion Strategy - Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s dealer network in line with market demand and business goals.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
• Project Management & Coordination - Lead network-related projects, including new branch setup, relocations, renovations, and compliance initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer - Provide guidance and support to junior staff and sharing expertise to strengthen operational capabilities across the network.
