Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local student recruitment strategies aligned with enrolment and revenue targets.
• Set and monitor recruitment targets by programme, intake, student segment and recruitment channel.
• Identify new markets, student segments, and recruitment opportunities to drive sustainable local student growth.
• Develop and lead school outreach strategies targeting secondary schools, colleges, counsellors, teachers, parents and prospective students.
• Establish and maintain relationships with schools, education counsellors, associations, and education stakeholders.
• Plan and execute school visits, career talks, counselling sessions, education fairs, workshops, campus visits, open days, previews, and student engagement activities.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract working adults, professionals, and mature learners for ODL/PG programmes.
• Develop and manage partnerships with HRD Corp employers and corporations to support student recruitment and revenue growth.
• Lead, manage, coach and develop the Local Student Enrolment team to achieve KPIs.
• Take ownership of local student enrolment and revenue targets, and provide regular forecasts and performance reports.

Senior Manager - Local Student Enrolment Office

The Senior Manager, Local Student Enrolment is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive local student recruitment, enrolment growth, and revenue generation across key student segments. The role will lead initiatives targeting school leavers, working adults, professionals, and mature learners through school outreach, corporate partnerships, HRD Corp initiatives, APEL pathways, and other strategic recruitment channels. The Senior Manager will provide strategic leadership in market development, student recruitment, conversion, partnership development, and enrolment performance, while working closely with the Marketing Office and other relevant departments to strengthen institutional brand awareness and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local student recruitment strategies aligned with institutional enrolment and revenue targets

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 10 years' experience in higher education / local student recruitment with proven track record in sales and enrolment growth, working adult recruitment, school outreach, market development and leading high-performing recruitment teams
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
