Job summary
Naza Properties Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager / AGM, Business Development & Leasing to originate, negotiate and close office, retail and commercial deals in the Klang Valley. You will lead leasing from initial contact to signed tenancy, while also driving divestment of non-core properties and setting the overall leasing strategy for the portfolio.
The role requires a degree in Real Estate or related fields, plus extensive experience in commercial leasing and a strong network with
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Estate Management, Business or Finance.
- 12+ years of commercial leasing experience; 5+ years leading Grade A office deals in Klang Valley.
- Strong network with corporate occupiers, agents, government and GLC decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Lead office, retail and commercial leasing from first contact to signed tenancy.
- Structure deals including rent, incentives, tenure and fit-out.
- Manage divestment of non-core properties end to end.
- Coach leasing team and set leasing strategy across portfolio.
- Track market, prepare deal papers and report on pipeline, occupancy and revenue.
