What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or adjacent financial services areas, with a strong track record of team management and stakeholder engagement.
• Deep understanding of the financial services value chain, particularly in client lifecycle management, investment advisory, and regulatory compliance. Prior consulting experience or in-house transformation leadership, with the ability to deliver under pressure in dynamic, client-facing environments.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills—able to simplify complex concepts and drive alignment among stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence decision-makers, and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.
