KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital seeks a senior commercial strategist to design an integrated enterprise business model for healthcare, education, and research ventures.

The role will translate proposed revenue platforms into viable operating and financial models with defined customers, pricing, ownership and cost-to-serve, ensuring alignment with clinical, academic and research objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare management or related discipline.
• MBA, CPA / CFA or relevant commercial qualification is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Design the enterprise business model with value propositions, segments, channels, pricing and margins.
• Develop evidence-based business cases for hospital and services lines, including international patients and digital health.
• Validate new revenue platforms using market evidence, partner discussions and adoption assumptions.
• Design transfer-pricing, service-level, charging and revenue-sharing arrangements across group entities.
• Develop policies for IP ownership, licensing, royalties, equity and co-investment with Legal and Finance.
• Co-develop integrated financial model with capital/funding lead; ensure consistency of revenue, costs and cash-flow.
• Deliverables include enterprise blueprint, business cases, pricing framework, IP policy and shared-services model.
• Establish validated medium-term revenue pipeline and have external model review.
