Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Head of Strategic Pricing to design and execute group-wide pricing strategies across its hospital network. The role focuses on consistency, competitiveness, and profitability while balancing regulatory compliance and patient affordability.

The ideal candidate will lead pricing governance, conduct market analysis, and drive revenue optimization with strong analytical and strategic capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 12–15 years of pricing/healthcare finance or revenue management experience.
• 5–7 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record in group-wide pricing strategies in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare economics, and market regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized pricing policies across all KPJ hospitals.
• Lead market analysis, benchmarking, and pricing opportunities for revenue optimization.
• Collaborate with hospital CEOs, COOs, and Finance Heads to align group pricing policies.
• Oversee pricing system rollouts and ensure alignment with billing and finance processes.
• Build and lead a pricing team and foster data-driven decision making.
