Job summary

Edra Power Holdings Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance activities for Coal Handling Plant E, C&I Section, including corrective, preventive, outage works and plant improvements.

You will oversee technicians and engineers, ensure compliance with OSHA, FMA, Employment Act 1955, and ISO standards; manage budgets, procurement, and documentation in Maximo; drive safety and efficiency across electrical and instrumentation systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level electrical engineering degrees or equivalents required.
Licences such as AESP and professional engineer status are preferred.
Experience leading maintenance teams in power plant environments is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead daily maintenance and outage activities for Coal Handling Plant E (C&I).
Ensure compliance with OSHA, FMA, Employment Act and ISO standards.
Plan, implement and monitor electrical/controls maintenance SOPs and datasheets.
