Job summary

Edra Power Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance activities at the Melaka plant. The role involves supervising technicians, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring safe operations in a power facility.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, a HV–33kV credential, and 5+ years in HV/MV/LV maintenance, with SAP experience valued. Fixed‑term contract basis is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Chargeman – High Voltage (B4) 33kV competency is required or advantageous.
• 5 years of experience in HV/MV/LV operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive, corrective and major overhaul electrical maintenance activities.
• Supervise electrical maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Lead troubleshooting, breakdown and electrical incident investigations.
• Perform electrical switching operations up to 6.6kV per approved procedures.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, work assignments and maintenance reports.
• Support electrical modification and improvement projects.
• Assist in audits, inspections and statutory compliance activities.
• Ensure electrical systems comply with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Support RCA, post‑mortem investigations and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Maintain maintenance records in SAP.
