Job summary

Edra Power Holdings Sdn Bhd in Malaysia invites an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to assist the Head of Plant Electrical Maintenance Section in day-to-day activities, ensuring minimal disruption to plant operations during maintenance, outages, and related activities.

You will guide and supervise supervisors and technicians, plan budgets, coordinate with contractors, and prepare SOPs and outage schedules to support safe, reliable power generation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical (Power) Engineering from a recognized university.
• Authorized Entrant and Standby Person (AESP) license.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in coal-fired power plant electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subordinates to perform maintenance work (corrective, preventive, outage).
• Prepare SOP describing procedures for electrical activities.
• Plan, organize and implement scheduled outage maintenance.
• Communicate with other departments to execute maintenance and outage work.
• Identify and forecast spare parts and ensure adequate safety stock.
• Assist in section budget preparation.
