Job summary

SystemsAccountants in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Senior Business Systems Manager to lead ERP and transformation initiatives across the Finance, Logistics and Operations domains. You will map as-is processes, define the ERP roadmap and drive portfolio delivery with senior stakeholders.

You will oversee a landscape of cloud ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, MS Dynamics 365, Netsuite, Workday) and guide large-scale deployments, upgrades, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Systems or ERP leadership.
• Experience managing a large cloud ERP landscape (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, MS Dynamics 365).
• Experience defining roadmaps and delivering ERP and transformation projects.
• Strong business process understanding across Finance, Logistics, Procurement and Operations.
• Proven track record delivering large ERP transformation projects.
• Project management experience in Business Systems/ERP.
• Strong communication and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to streamline and harmonise business processes and the ERP landscape.
• Map as-is processes and systems with senior stakeholders.
• Define and deliver the ERP and Financial Systems roadmap.
• Drive transformation of Business Systems and applications across Finance, Logistics, Procurement and Operations.

A leading international engineering and technology company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Manager.

With a strong existing footprint and as one of the market leaders in its field, the company is looking for an experienced Business Systems Lead or Financial Systems Manager with strong ERP and Transformation experience to join their team and improve the Business Applications Landscape.

This role will lead projects to streamline and harmonise processes and to improve the Business Systems landscape. Working with senior stakeholders, you will map as-is processes and systems, identify improvements, and will define and deliver the ERP and Financial Systems roadmap.

Profile

• 8+ years of professional experience as Business Systems Manager, Head of ERP, Transformation Lead or similar in an international business
• Experience managing a large Cloud ERP system landscape e.g. SAP S4 Hana, Oracle Fusion, IFS, MS Dynamics 365, Netsuite, Workday or similar
• Experienced defining the Business Systems roadmap and managing the delivery of a portfolio projects to transform Business systems and processes
• Strong business process understanding across areas including Finance, Logistics, Procurement and Operations
• Proven experience delivering large ERP and Business Systems Transformation projects, e.g. new systems implementation, Module rollouts, business process improvements and automation, System evaluation and selection of new technology
• Project management experience within Business Systems or ERP setting
• Strong Communication skills and Change Management experience
