Job summary

Tenthpin Management Consultants in Malaysia is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA implementations from initiation to go-live. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope and risks, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery across regional client projects.

The role requires 5–15 years in SAP project management, 3+ full SAP lifecycles, and strong data migration experience, with English and Malay fluency essential and Mandarin a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in SAP Project Management / SAP implementation.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• At least 2 full SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Experience in Greenfield and Brownfield S/4HANA projects.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Logistics modules.
• Hands-on SAP Data Migration activities.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in pre-sales and business development is an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
• English and Malay fluency; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation projects, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.
• Develop and document business requirements and translate them into conceptual/technical requirements.
• Manage project planning, project controls, timelines, resources and overall project delivery.
• Coordinate SAP consultants, client teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule and requirements.
• Oversee SAP testing, issue resolution and problem-solving throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Drive Data Migration activities and ensure readiness for SAP implementation.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Support business development, pre-sales and proposal activities, including client discussions and solution presentations.
• Apply appropriate SAP implementation methodologies and project management practices.
• Provide strong leadership and coordination across multicultural project teams.

Requirements

• 5–15 years of experience in SAP Project Management / SAP implementation.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• At least 2 full SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, preferably covering both Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance and Logistics modules.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Data Migration and related implementation activities.
• Strong project management, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multicultural teams and coordinating consultants/client teams.
• Good understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and project controls.
• Experience in pre-sales, business development and proposal preparation is an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field.
• Good command of English and Malay. Mandarin is a strong advantage.
